Joe Wicks (@thebodycoach) Lean in 15 Books

Not long ago I have purchased two amazing books: Lean in 15 Book 1 and 2 by Joe Wicks, also known as The Body Coach. It was money well spent. I bought them from Waterstones and at that time, both of them were half price which was a bargain really. I have been following this guy on Instagram for many weeks now and he is amazing I tell you. One of my big goals is to lose weight, especially after I’ve gained so much after having a baby. Joe Wicks has a lot of healthy recipes in the Lean in 15 books and a lot of advice for losing weight, by exercising and eating HEALTHY! I see many pictures of other people on Joe Wicks’ Instagram that have lost a lot of weight by following his 90 Day Plan.

I have been trying to lose weight for so long, but I am not a big fan of the gyms. Before getting pregnant, I used to run once in a while but now, I can’t even run for 5 minutes anymore and I am out of breath. So when I saw these pictures on Joe Wicks’ Instagram, I thought that maybe I could give this a try.

He does have a programme called 90 Day Plan which is an online fitness and nutrition plan designed for men and women of all fitness levels who want to get fit, burn fat and build lean muscle. This is how all those people have managed to lose that much weight. You can find the plan HERE

However, I have just purchased the books and hopefully I can lose a bit of weight just by exercising and cooking those healthy recipes. They are all supposed to take 15 minutes to prepare hence why it’s called Lean in 15, but whatever takes him 15 minutes takes me 1 hour. But, I try my best to cook his recipes and do the right exercises!

I haven’t tried all the recipes yet and I am not sure I will love all of them. I do love the pancakes, the breakfast cinnamon toast, the pesto tuna pasta and I can’t wait to try the paella.
