Not long ago I have purchased two amazing books: Lean in 15 Book 1 and 2 by Joe Wicks. It was money well spent. I bought them from Waterstones and at that time, both of them were half priced which was a bargain really. I have been following this guy on Instagram for many weeks now and he is amazing I tell you. He has a lot of healthy recipes in the books and a lot of advice for losing weight by exercising and eating HEALTHY! I see many pictures of other people on his Instagram that have lost a lot of weight by following his plan. I have been trying to lose weight and I am not a big fan of the gyms. Before getting pregnant, I used to run but now, I can’t even run for 5 minutes anymore and I am out of breath. So when I saw these pictures on his Instagram, I thought that maybe I could give it a try.
He does have a programme called 90 Day SSS Plan which is an online fitness and nutrition plan designed for men and women of all fitness levels who want to get fit, burn fat and build lean muscle.This is how all those people have managed to lose that much weight. However, I have just purchased the books and hopefully I can lose a bit of weight just by exercising and cooking those healthy recipes. To be honest, I do not always have all the ingredients that I need and most of the time, I do not have the time to prepare them. They are all supposed to be 15 minute meals hence it’s called Lean in 15, but whatever takes him 15 minutes takes me 1 hour. But, I try my best to cook his recipes and do the right exercises!
I haven’t tried all the recipes yet and I am not sure I will love all of them. I do love the pancakes, the breakfast cinnamon toast, the pesto tuna pasta and I can’t wait to try the paella.
